About the App
HuntingZone is a real-life multiplayer GPS game where players interact on a live map.
User Requirements
You must:
- Be at least 13 years old
- Provide accurate account information
- Use the app only for legal purposes
Gameplay & Safety
HuntingZone is played in the real world.
By using the app, you agree:
- You are responsible for your own safety
- You will stay aware of your surroundings
- You will not use the app in dangerous or restricted areas
We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents caused by gameplay.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and password.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
Premium Subscriptions & Payments
HuntingZone offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Premium).
Pricing
- Monthly: €3.99 / month
- Annual: €19.99 / year
Billing
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.
Cancellation
- You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store Account Settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time.
All payments are processed by Apple. We do not store or access your payment details.
Advertising
Free users may see interstitial ads during gameplay. Ads are served by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers are ad-free.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Cheat or manipulate location data
- Exploit game mechanics
- Harass or harm other players
- Use the app illegally
- Interfere with the app's systems
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software belong to HuntingZone. You may not copy or use them without permission.
Service Availability
We may update, change, or stop the app at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Liability
The app is provided "as is".
We are not liable for:
- Gameplay outcomes
- Location inaccuracies
- Technical issues
- Data loss
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, if any.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
Dispute Resolution
We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the app means you accept the updated version.
